Bigplanes is able to sent the large models to almost all EU countries. If however the shipping costs are not calculated properly, e.g. if the shipping costs are €0, then please contact us.

Please check the website (EU countries) for the actual shipping costs or contact bigplanes when the shipping costs are €0.

The shipping costs will be calculated automatically after you have added items into the basket, entered the country and selected the shipping method.

It is possible to personally collect a large model airplane. Please drop us an email and we'll come back to you to make an appointment.

To prevent damage to the plane, BigPlanes has added  additional damping and packaging material. This means that all boxes are opened, checked and repacked. The result is less damage during transport.
